Apologies for what turned out to be a rather quiet week on the website. I didn’t anticipate my time on the Leeds Film Festival jury to be quite so secretive or time consuming, and had planned for daily round-ups on the site, but it was naive of me to think that such a thing would have been possible! All is back to normal now though, with a packed week ahead. Tomorrow marks the reveal of the next batch of Masters Of Cinema releases, so join us around mid-day for all the news, while a thorough review of Blue Is The Warmest Colour will be along by mid-week. Next Saturday is one of the most anticipated events of 2013 in cinema, with Abel Gance’s Napoleon finally reaching British shores and screening on the London South Bank, while that is preceded by a Akerman 2 at the ICA. Keep an eye on the site and on our Twitter feed for all manner of debate and discourse.
